Return & Refund policy

Ownmanufacturing endeavors to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see the options for exchanging any of the items.

As per our company policy we do not accept returns. You can request an exchange or a credit note within 24 hours of the delivery of the product in the following instances only:
  • Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • Product (s) size issue.
In all the cases above, please be advised the product being returned for exchange should be in unused condition, with its original tags intact.

NOTE –

1) PRODUCTS BOUGHT UNDER CLEARANCE SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE

PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE:
If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, Send an email at info@ownmanufacturing.com or call us within 24 hours of the of delivery with the following information:
  • Name
  • Order number
  • Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

Our team will address your concern and will contact you for the necessary action. Please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Ownmanufacturing will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

Once we receive the package, it will go through a quality check at the warehouse. If it meets our criteria, your exchange will be initiated.

Note: The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by the customer.

PROCESS FOR REFUND:

We don’t give the refund back to the source account.If you don’t want a product exchange, you can request for a store credit note equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 3 months from the date of receipt of store credit note.
